Yes, God is a God of love. Yes, He wants to save people. No, people cannot do whatever they please and still be acceptable to God. No, God does not turn a blind eye to sin. God has always held people accountable for their sinful deeds. Forgiveness is possible through the blood of Jesus. However, people must willingly come to God, confess Jesus as God’s Son, be baptized, and then seek to live the way God wants the remainder of their lives.
