10 of Joseph’s brothers arrive in Egypt to buy food for their families during the famine. Upon arrival, the 10- brothers bow before Joseph thus fulfilling Joseph’s 1st dream in Genesis 37. Joseph uses this opportunity to teach his brothers a lesson by speaking harshly to them and accusing them of coming to “look at the undefended parts” of Egypt. The modern way to use “dream” carries a meaning of “achieving dreams.” With the modern definition, Christians have dreams tied to the 2nd Coming of Jesus–sin’s curse being reversed, the “spring of the water of life” being offered at no cost, no more separation between God and man, etc. Today on “In Need of a Refill,” Kevin Smith looks at Genesis 42, Revelation 21, and Revelation 22 to talk about “Dreams Realized.”
